I got the car serviced and ready to go. All we need is one more lawn chair for Ann.

We'll miss the old homestead

While we are really looking forward to this trip, we will miss our humble abode and pool. My kids and friends will be taking care of the place till we return. It's pretty maintenance free.

Did I Miss Those Restaurants

I just logged in and saw all the food on our page ..... did I miss something .... did you go out to eat without me. I want some of that. Did you bring leftovers??? I hope I get to go to those restaurants and have some of that , it looks yummy. I will post the food that I have when Joe is out golfing next. mmmmmm

For those of you that don't know, Ann and I are food fanatics. When we travel, we plan our itinerary around where and what we will eat next. I will probably go insane between now and when we leave from looking at the restaurants we want to eat at and food like this.

Ready to roll

Well we got the car loaded.

Where we are going

We are going to take roughly the following route from Phoenix to NY and back.

Phoenix to Santa Fe to Denver to Kansas City to Indianapolis to Pittsburgh to NY

We will spend a week or two visiting friends and relatives on Long Island and Upstate, including Niagara Falls. We will then start heading back via:

Washington DC to Greensboro NC to Atlanta to New Orleans to San Antonio to El Paso to Phoenix.

Of course this is all subject to whatever the hell we want to do.

Despite a request from a relative that has no life, we will not be posting photos of our luggage.
